The Trigono vegetable knife is made from Japanese Chromium 18 steel, a highly durable, stainless steel that gives the Trigono knives outstanding, long-lasting sharpness and a high degree of tarnishing resistance when used on acidic foods. Chromium 18 steel offers the perfect balance between durable hardness and a softness that is perfect for sharpening, resulting in sharp, easy-to-maintain knives. Together, the excellent balance and triangular handle provide a safe, comfortable grip for all hand sizes. Trigono is a series of five different knives, each with its own purpose. They were designed by Danish architect Simon Kalmer.
