Hand Brass Paperweight

The whimsical open-hand silhouette of this brass paperweight is typical of the Aubck family workshop, founded by Carl Aubck I more than a century ago. His son Carl II designed it in the 1950s and successive generations still manufacture it by hand at the original Vienna atelier. Please note, as this piece is made and finished by hand, slight markings and imperfections may occur. These only add to its unique character.
